- Minimum of 3-5 years hotel experience in the same positions
- Currently holding position as Hotel Manager or Resident Manager.
- Excellent communication, Training, Representations and computer skills.
- Ability to delegate where required and must work as a partner with top management in developing a strategic direction and driving excellence
- Possess exceptional people skills with an excellent working track record
- High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Candidates must be a self-motivated and dedicated individual
- Creative and able to work as a team
Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels

Sanctuary Phratamnak, BW Signature Collection by Best Western, Pattaya (160+ rooms) is currently looking for:

Hotel Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
- Approves plans, budgets, staffing, and general operating procedures for the rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and security departments.
- Monitors the budget and directs corrective action as necessary to assure that budget goals are attained.
- Assists the General Manager in developing and implementing long-range and annual plans, operating reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Functions as an administrative link between and among departments.
- Monitors internal cost control procedures.
- Coordinates training programs.
- Monitors safety conditions and employees? adherence to safety procedures. Updates emergency plans and procedures and assures that effective training for these programs is conducted in all departments.
- Receives, investigates, and acts upon complaints from guests and employees.
- Assures that the hotel?s preventive maintenance and energy management programs are in use.
- Participates in on-going facility inspections throughout the hotel to assure that cleanliness, safety, and other standards are consistently.
- Inspects systematically those different departments under his responsibilities.
- Ensures the communication between all sub-department is properly done using the right channel of delegation.
- Ensures a smooth operation to prevent and avoid any complaints.
- Must be always in direct communication with Sales and Marketing as well with the Public Relations Manager for all special events, to transmit all information to his department.
- Maintains employee motivation.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
